"The hotel is beautiful, and the beach is even better. However, the front desk and guest service are major downsides. When I booked for 5 people via the Trip.com app, the front desk informed me my reservation was for two double rooms and refused to provide a fifth bed without an additional fee. Hotel security refused to let taxis enter the property, forcing us to walk a considerable distance outside. Furthermore, the concierge staff refused to operate the golf cart, claiming it wasn't charged, and one staff member even told us it was exclusively for pilots and flight attendants."

"Kind and helpful staff, drinking water provided in the room, almost everything was perfect - the food was good as well, and the golfcarts was extremely useful to avoid walking in the huge complex. The only downside was the massage staff who tried to get clients every day - but in Egypt that is the lifestyle."

"The location is great, about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. There is a McDonald's 30 seconds walk from the hotel and a small supermarket 2 minutes away, so it was convenient. There was a sign in the room saying to use the shower only a little at a time, and although I tried to be careful, the room still got flooded. I was also bothered by the small dead insects in the room. However, it was cheap and I was satisfied overall."

"Идеальный отель за свои деньги. Очень необычная комната, отдельно зал и отдельно спальня, что нам очень понравилось. Также два кондиционера в каждой комнате, что позволяет включить один на ночь и не бояться что тебя продует. За эту небольшую цену (мы платили за ночь 4,3к) вы получаете ещё завтрак и ужин! Завтрак не очень, если придти очень рано, то может быть вам достанется из фруктов хоть что-то кроме яблок. Мы видели как люди ели манго, апельсины и прочее, но нам сказали, что ничего не осталось и есть только яблоки... Кроме фруктов есть различные виды омлета, панкейков, начинок, в этом нормально. Ужин потрясающий. Приходишь в бар-ресторан, выбираешь блюда и они получаются довольно вкусные и большие, только готовят очень долго, но и это решается тем, что можно попросить принести еду в номер Самые гуманные цены в мини баре, я впервые попользовался. Бассейн красивый, с разными водопадами, территория в целом красивая. Однако бассейн выглядит грязноватым и купаться там не очень хочется. На ресепшене выдают полотенца и карточки на пляж. Постель не бархатный сатин, конечно, но вроде чистая и в целом сойдёт. Удивило, что нет шторок, только тюль! Это не очень катастрофично, поскольку комнаты же две и через две тюли люди с улицы уже видят только силуэты. Но не понимаю почему нельзя повесить шторы... Плохо стекала вода в душе. Все эти недочеты меркнут по сравнению с тем, что вы получаете двухкомнатную квартирку с двухразовым питанием на двоих человек за очень небольшие деньги. Отель рекомендую, сам при возможности ещё заеду."

"I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway."

"The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)"

"An ordinary hotel, average, but not worth the money. Definitely not worth 5*. This hotel is 4* at most. Old furniture, cracked tiles, something doesn't work, the food gets boring on the third day. Juices are chemicals, natural ones - rarely. Not worth the money, it's a long walk to the sea through another hotel, and even there the beach is for 3 hotels, there are never enough sun loungers. The territory is small, basically a well in the yard is the whole territory. I would definitely not come back a second time. Ps. Once I saw a guy in the canteen wiping dirt off clean mugs with his finger, who was standing at the counter, since then we only drank from paper cups"

"It was amazing stay, people are extremely friendly especially Amira at the reception and guy at the restaurant service (waiters). The hotel is very clean the location is very good. You need more variety in the restaurant, but every thing else is good."
